SEED PRE-SOWING TREATMENT: HOW WE DO IT?
The ozonation system for seed pre-sowing treatment with ozone-air mixture includes the following equipment: oil-free air compressor with air filter for air cleaning, ozonation plant, collector for distribution of the ozone-air mixture, plastic ozone-resistant hoses and injectors for entering the ozone-air mixture.
Representation of the ozonation system equipment for pre-sowing treatment of wheat and other crops with ozone-air mixture is presented in the figure below.
The compressor unit provides air transportation through the ozonation plant and injects the ozone-air mixture into seeds to be treated through the input injectors. The basic principle of the treatment involves air displacement by ozone inside of the grain.
